For factories with sharp peaks (starting large engines, furnaces, compressors), savings can reach 40-57%. In monetary terms, for a medium-sized enterprise with a peak of 500 kW, this is UAH 80,000 - 200,000 per month. The exact figure can be determined after analyzing the daily load schedule of your enterprise.
In most cases, no. The BESS Factory Core is connected to the existing switchboard (SPS) of the enterprise through a separate circuit breaker. Our engineers will conduct an audit of the electrical circuit and determine the optimal connection point. If modernization of input or replacement of machines is required, this is included in the turnkey project. Installation and commissioning usually takes 3-5 working days.
One Outdoor cabinet has dimensions of 1600x1400x2400 mm (width x depth x height) - this is approximately the area of ​​two refrigerators. The system is installed on the street near the transformer substation, so it does not take up valuable workshop space. A concrete platform of 3x2 meters is required, taking into account service areas. IP55 protection allows operation under the open sky in any weather conditions.
So, the integration of a diesel generator (DGU) is one of the key functions of Factory Core. BESS instantly picks up the load in the event of a network failure (switching time is less than 10 ms), and then smoothly starts the diesel generator and synchronizes with it. This allows the generator to work in an optimal mode of 70-80% load, which saves up to 40% of fuel. When the network is restored, the system automatically switches back without power interruption.
CATL LFP (LiFePO4) Grade A+ batteries are designed for 6000-8000 full charge-discharge cycles, which provides 15-20 years of operation with daily use. After 6000 cycles, the residual capacity is at least 80%. The manufacturer's warranty on battery modules is 10 years. The liquid cooling system maintains the optimal temperature of the cells, which significantly extends the resource compared to air cooling.
