Privacy Policy and Terms of B2B cooperation

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", GDPR and information security standards ISO 27001. It defines the procedure for processing data received from corporate clients (LLCs, FOPs) and their authorized representatives during engineering work, design and supply of BESS equipment.

1. General Provisions and Terminology

The following terms are used in this Policy:
Performer — BESS Ukraine Engineering Group (in the person of LLC or authorized FOP), which provides EPC contracting services.
Customer — A legal entity or a natural person-entrepreneur applying for the development of feasibility studies, project documentation or the purchase of equipment.
Commercial secret — Technical data (connection diagrams, load profiles, enterprise network topology), which are transferred to the Contractor for project calculation.

2. Scope and purpose of data collection

We only collect and process data necessary for the fulfillment of engineering and contractual obligations (B2B Contract Performance):

• Identification data: Company name, EDRPOU code, name of the representative (signatory), position.
• Contact details: Corporate email, phone number of the responsible engineer or project manager.
• Technical data: Single-line schemes, ASKOE data, hourly electricity consumption graphs, parameters of transformer substations.

Purpose of processing: Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals (TCP), conclusion of supply and subcontracting contracts, commissioning, warranty service, accounting and tax reporting.

3. NDA and Trade Secret Protection

Understanding the specifics of the work of critical infrastructure and industrial facilities, we guarantee:

• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): At the request of the Customer, before the transfer of technical documentation or access to the object, we sign a standard NDA.
• Data Isolation: The Customer's technical documentation is stored on secure servers with limited access. Only the chief engineer of the project and the designers involved in a specific case have access.
• Prohibition of transfer: We do not transfer object schemes, data on energy consumption and configuration of security systems to third parties without the written consent of the Customer.

4. Transfer of data to third parties (Subcontractors)

For the implementation of complex projects, we can engage verified partners only in the following cases:

• Logistics: Transfer of contact details and delivery address to transport companies (e.g. for delivery of BESS containers).
• Equipment vendors (Deye, CATL): Project registration with the manufacturer to receive a project discount and an official guarantee (Service Level Agreement).
• State bodies: Transfer of data provided for by law (tax reporting, customs clearance of imports).

5. Cookie and Analytics

This website uses cookies exclusively for technical functioning (saving the user session) and anonymized analytics (Google Analytics 4) in order to improve the structure of the site. We do not use ad trackers for retargeting without express consent.

6. Data security

We implemented technical protection measures according to modern standards: traffic encryption (SSL/TLS), two-factor authentication for access to the CRM system, regular database backups.
